By booking or participating in a shoot with Roller Reels (“we,” “us,” or “Roller Reels,” operated by SWFT Studios), you (“you,” “your,” or “participant”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Roller Reels provides video and photo shoots for cars and motorcycles, including on-road and location-based filming. Services may include raw footage, edited videos, photos, and other deliverables as agreed at the time of booking.
Shoots take place on or near roads and in various locations. These activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic, road conditions, weather, other road users, and the nature of operating or being around vehicles. You participate at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for complying with all applicable laws, including having a valid license to operate your vehicle and following all traffic and road rules.
By participating in a shoot, you consent to being filmed and photographed. You agree that we may use the resulting footage and images (a) to fulfill the deliverables you booked, and (b) for promotional use, including on our website, social media (e.g. Instagram, reels), and other marketing, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. If you do not want your likeness used for promotion, you must tell us in writing before the shoot.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is not refundable if you cancel or do not show up. The remaining balance is due as stated at booking (e.g. on location or by a specified date). Additional pricing (e.g. for groups or extra services) will be communicated at the time of booking.
If we need to reschedule due to weather or other safety reasons, we will work with you to find an alternative date. Your deposit will carry over to the rescheduled shoot. There is no penalty for weather-related or safety-related rescheduling that we initiate.
If you cancel your booking, the $100 deposit is non-refundable. Any other payments may be subject to our cancellation policy as communicated at booking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roller Reels and its operators are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in shoots, your use of roads or locations, or your reliance on our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
For questions about these terms, contact us at [email protected]. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date below will change. Your continued use of our services or participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
